proxy.pr helps owners who cannot attend a meeting connect with proxy voters, prepare proxy forms, sign from a phone, and preserve signed proxy records. The platform is designed for owner meetings, condominium association votes, HOA campaigns, and proxy coordination workflows in Puerto Rico.

Important limitations:

- proxy.pr does not verify legal ownership, voting eligibility, quorum, delinquency status, corporate authority, or identity.
- Final proxy acceptance, vote counting, and meeting outcomes belong to the relevant association, secretary, administrator, board, or governing body.
- Voting instructions are private and separate from the official proxy form by default.
- Private account, signing, admin, proxy matching, and status pages should not be treated as public informational pages.
